The front desk staff seemed nice.
The room felt quite bare. I found limited space to store personal items, and there were no hooks for hanging items in the bathroom. The blinds and curtains did not work properly. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

easy accessquiet hotelmajor road
the location have easy access to the metro and many restaurant. housekeeping thoroughly cleaned rooms and stocked them each day. the hotel was quiet, and someone was always around should assistance was needed. i love the Salamanca neighborhood.
soundproofing is nonexistent in rooms facing the street. the hotel is next to a major road and a garbage truck came three times during the night. the soundproofing is like you would have a piece of paper instead of a window.

my twin room includes two twin beds. there were dental kits, combs, tissues, and shoe shine supplies in the bathroom. this room had everything necessary for a short city trip.

the check-in and check-out process was quick. the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. the breakfast restaurant staff provided great service and were very nice to all the guests.
